Returns And Exchanges


They say the best business strategy is a happy client. Our utmost goal is customer satisfaction and gratification. In case of any dispute, Courts in Franklin County Ohio will have the jurisdiction.

Return Policy

If for any unfortunate reason you are not satisfied with an item, we will gladly accept items for exchange within 7 days from the date of sale. Please ensure that the receipt or invoice is intact. Cash cannot be refunded for the jewellery.

For an online order it usually takes us 3 - 5 weeks to process your return. The shipping charges associated with the return of the merchandise will have to be borne by the client. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except obviously cash payments which will be refunded by the company check.

Please note that used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless faulty. Also note that our websites return policy is unlike our in- store purchase policy.

Exchange Policies

In case an exchange is made after 7 days or purchase of a jewellery item, our general exchange policy is applicable to determine exchange value:

  • The weight of gold considered will be net of all pearl, stones, lac, dust or any other extraneous material.
  • For the exchange of diamond jewellery, the valuation of returning item will be 98% of the prevailing gold price plus 80% of prevailing diamond price or 90% by diamond weight in case of exchanges with new diamond jewellery.
  • For exchange of plain or antique gold jewellery, the valuation of returning item will be 98% of the prevailing gold value on net weight.
  •  
  • For exchange of Kundan gold Jewellery, the valuation of returning item will be 80% of the prevailing gold value on net weight after deduction of loss and labour.
  • No exchange on studded precious gems and semi- precious gems, loose birth stones , pearls and beads unless otherwise specified.

Store purchases

Any purchases made at the Sri Ratnaraj Jewellers store should be returned at the same store where it was purchased. Our store sales assistants will be more than happy to explain you our in – store return policy.

Repairs

In case a need for repair of an item arises , kindly mail us at customercare@srjusa.com. Kindly give your details such as Name, address, order number and repair issue.

If a defect or breakage in the item occurs within 21 days of purchase, we will repair it at no charge. Repairs needed after 21 days or estimated to be caused by the misuse by customer will incur repair charges.

Price Adjustments

Kindly note that the items at Sri Ratnaraj Jewellers are prone to price change at any time. If an items correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the customer the lower price when the order is shipped. However if an items correct price is higher than our stated price, we will call you for instructions before shipping.

Credit Card Usage

We at Sri Ratnaraj Jewellers accept the following credit cards-

  • Master card
  • VISA

In case the product in question is out of stock or should the purchaser fail to provide sufficient payment guarantees or if the order is incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse an order.

 

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

We have gift cards ranging from $ 100 to $ 10,000. They may be redeemed only at Sri Ratnaraj Jewellers boutiques or online purchases within the India.

Sales tax will not be applicable when you purchase a gift card. However tax will be applicable If any merchandise items are included in your order.

Order Cancellation

The client is free to cancel an order for as long as the order status is "in process". However if the order status is "shipped" the order will not be cancelled.

Conduct on site

Certain features on our website might require use of a password. The protection of the password is the client’s responsibility. Also the customer is accountable for all the admissions or omissions that occur through the use of that password.

Also no one is allowed to utilize any of the sites content in mega tags or any hidden text techniques or technologies without our consent. Neither the client nor any third party is allowed to frame the site or use our proprietary marks as meta tags, without a written consent from us
