Gold Weight Variance
The gold weight mentioned on the website for jewellery and mounts may vary depending on the manufacture of the product. In case the customer receives a product of lesser gold weight than the value paid for, the company will refund such differential amount to the customer.
Advance / Part Payment
SRJ fine Jewelry may, at its sole discretion, request the customer to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the customer at the time of delivery of the product.
Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order. Any advance amount paid by the Member at the time of placing the order shall not be refunded by Srj Fine Jewelry. to the customer in the event of cancellation of the order for any reason whatsoever.
Order Exchanges :
If for any reason you do not like the item you have bought, you may return it for an even exchange or a store credit, within 30 days (calender days) from the day you receive your order. You must ship the product back to us with all the original packaging contents including but not limited to the original product, the case/box in which the product was sent, original packaging slip, original diamond certificate or any other documents or paperwork that was sent to you with the product within 30 calendar days from the date that you receive the item and follow the instructions provided to you, at that time. If any of the original packaging contents, products, certificates or paperwork is not returned, SRJ reserves the right to deny the refund, charge you to reship the product back to you or charge you an additional fee to cover the cost of the missing items.
Defective Products :
If the product received by you is defective, you will need to call us and inform us in 24 hours of you receiving it. We will then ask you to pay and ship the product back to us. On receipt of the product back, if the product is infact found to be defective, we will issue you a credit for the return shipping costs, then get the product fixed and shipped back to you at the earliest possible.Â If its not possible to get the product fixed, at our discretion we may get a new product made and sent to you at the earliest possible.
SRJ's refund, return and exchange policy is limited to 30 calender days from the date that you receive the item. You must notify us over a message a call on our number and ship the product back to us with all the original packaging contents including but not limited to the original product, the case/box in which the product was sent, original packaging slip, original diamond certificate or any other documents or paperwork that was sent to you with the product within 30 calendar days from the date that you receive the item and follow the instructions provided to you, at that time.
Shipping and Delivery :
Every package of jewellery from SRJ Fine Jewelry will reach your doorstep in a durable condition and will be backed by tamper-proof packing. Even if it is a gold coin, jewellery or solitaire, the item will be delivered in a special Malabar box with all the required certificates.
The member will have to mention the address and provide other details of the person, who will make sure to collect shipment during the time of purchase. During the time of placing the order, the member will have to state the complete name of recipient as it is stated in their photo identification that is approved by the Government. At the delivery destination, the recipient will be required to collect the product and has to provide with any of the below mentioned identity proofs.
Risk of loss :
All items purchased from SRJ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.Although most orders are shipped within 2 weeks, in extreme circumstances shipment may take up to thirty (30) business days from completed payment, depending upon the manner of delivery. Applicable taxes, as well as shipping and handling charges are not reflected. You are fully responsible for applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges.We will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature or if you have given them instructions to leave your package with a third party. When we ship to you, if products are lost or damaged in transit, SRJ assumes responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company.
Sometimes there may be a few orders that cannot be accepted by us and hence, we have the right to refuse or cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for non-delivery usually include limitation of the product, error is pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.
Once you place the order, such order can be cancelled before the shipping is undertaken to the destination. Once the request of cancellation is received by us, we make sure to refund the amount to your bank account with the help of a suitable mode of payment within 10 working days. After the process of refund is initiated, you would receive amount of refund directly to your account.
If in case the amount is deducted from your account and the transaction has failed, we will make sure to credit (refund) the entire amount to your bank account soon.
The entire Jewellery will be certified either by an independent third party certifying authority and the details of the certificate will be mentioned at the time of purchase. Uncut diamonds, flat polki diamonds, pachi diamond, etc will not be certified under this.
